Unreal, eh.Bowen Byram is gross. I can't believe the Avs have him, Girard and Makar.
Bowen Byram is going to be very good player with Colorado.
Looks like they’ll be winning Cups again soon.odd team that is Colorado. One year they are battling for stanly cup and other year they are drafting top 10
So when do people start talking about how those guys aren't big or tough enough?Bowen Byram is gross. I can't believe the Avs have him, Girard and Makar.

And how did the Leafs get Barrie for Kadri with 17 hundred better options? And Barron
I really love what I've seen from Niemela, but in no universe is he a Marner like passer. That is not even an accurate stylistic comparison.
The best part of Niemela's game is actually his defense and aggressive gap control. The offense is very unlikely to translate to the degree that it has in this tournament, not that anyone should care. Points are an overrated aspect of a defenceman's game.
Just like last year, yes.So, if Canada and the US both win, US gets the easier game against the Finns?
I think he’s got real potential to rack up points on the power play. His puck distribution and shooting abilities are excellent.
I’d rather play the Finns than the Russians in the semi-finals.Just like last year, yes.
And two years ago.
(USA got eliminated by Finland the last two years)
He is good at using his skating to side step his check and get pucks on net, but I haven't seen examples of an excellent shot or passing ability tbh. People get too excited about points over a small sample, that stuff tends to be mote random especially for a defenceman.
That and the Kapanen trade may have been the two best off season moves of the NHL off season.Of course very early, but man what a trade down for Niemela and Hirvonen is looking.
