Maybe not….but we’re, what?

6/7 years away from worrying about it.

More like 2 years away. Players are eligible for extensions after their 3rd season (also when the 5th year option has to be exercised). That's when they'll have to do it (as the Jags did with Trevor Lawrence a year ago) or it will just get more expensive. Absolute latest would be 3 years from now before Maye's 5th year option season.

Pittsburgh continues to have zero idea what direction they are going as a franchise.

What a weird deal for them.

Another target off the board for NE though.

I still can’t fathom over the uproar over Will Campbell arm length 32 5/8 ….less then 1/2 inch is the reason they shouldn’t draft him

For one the arms are kept in
Two - he’s dominated top SEC edge rushers
Three - he crushed the combine
Four - he’s one of the greatest leaders LSU

Just draft him. He’s the guy

Crazy - makes no sense with Pickens there

Like Miami, you need talent everywhere. Old school football people like Shula, BB, Parcells etc consider wr the easiest position to fill. You probably have your qb. Now draft ol, secondary than dl. Build it old school.
When you don’t waste posts complaining you have very interesting and excellent views

Give us more of this

I loved your Boyes take on Mittlestadt

Pickens is legit crazy, wouldn’t surprise me to see Pitt move him

Getting any sort of return for Godchaux is a W

Yeah I don't think it was the weather, more to do with team owners.
Honestly think it’s because NFL players don’t want to live in Attleboro or Foxboro vs a place like NY or Miami or LA or even a major city like Pittsburgh. A lot of these guys wanna be able to go out, they’re for the most part in their 20’s. Idk if the Chili’s is what they’re looking for.

That’s a factor that we forget- we’re not competing against major destinations with Boston or even Providence. We are competing against them with Foxboro. And then of course we do poorly on the NFLPA scorecard every year too, and that’s obviously on our owner

I feel like more money should get them to ignore a lot of those problems, then hopefully they start winning again and it gets cheaper to attract players.
