For the sake of keeping games close, Germany should have continued playing defensive hockey until their skill level can match the good teams. They can't play wide open hockey with the big dogs, they are much worse than I was hoping/expecting.

No knock against the Swedes, they certainly look excellent out there minus Salo. They will be a powerhouse without him.

Sweden should try Tellqvist out in the next game.. who knows.

The thing is that right now, in big games, who knows if you can trust salo.. he has let in VERY weak goals (belarus, germany).. so it's almost a good idea to try out a younger guy who might play good.
