WJC 20/21 should be cancelled

Could have been false negatives on the test before flight.
 
This is getting stupid now. Incomplete rosters, uneven prep time, cancelled warm-up games, a team currently coached by a doctor, players banished for false positives.
Appears that the organizers and the IIHF are set on making the WJC happen no matter what.
They should play AC/DC's Moneytalks during every game's warm-up.

You think the guys actually getting to play care? They just want to compete. The boys are singing: Games begin tomorrow! Yippee, Yappee, and Yahooee!

Is there an updated schedule of the pre-tournament games? Is there still a game tomorrow?

WJC is one of the nicest holiday traditions, it is both surprising and heart warming that bureaucratic zealotry hasnt gotten its hands on it (yet). Good thing most of them are on vacations.

Is there any more reports on tests? I figured they would have to cancel some pre-competition games when the positive tests were announced?

Btw, anyone know which airline the Germans arrived with? And please don't just say "chartered", it's still from an airline. But I'm curious.

You have to assume no news is good news - as I always post.

If there was a positive, I'm sure we would hear about it.

They cancelled 6 pre tournament games and rejigged the other 4. Each team gets 1 except Germany and Sweden.

All European teams came in on a Polish airline, I don't remember the name. Germany flew in with the Swiss and IIHF personnel. The other 6 teams flew in on 2 other flights, 3 teams on a flight.
