Any idea how good the Braidy Wassilyn at eliteprospects.com kid is? Is he wright/Misa/musty level for a forward?

From what I've read in other posts, he's legit up there for the draft, like a top 3 pick.

Clearly the coaching change is helping a bit

From what I heard from Torres the other night, him and Bowler are taking different approaches and bouncing ideas off of each other. I think the term was "thinking outside of the box." It seems to be working.

I see. I’ve only ever heard of him going #1 so wasn’t sure if there was a big gap between him and whoever is #2

Man, Abraham's gotta be careful. I love the agitation part of his game but... in this situation? Avoid at all costs. Don't need a stupid penalty.
Not smart.
Doesn't help the team at all.
Trade would be helpful.

Greentree is elite, that play to set up Peer on the 4th goal is something you'd see from Wyatt Johnston. A four point game for Greentree. In a 68 game season he is playing at a 110 point pace. 4th in league points despite playing 3 fewer games. Zhugin is solid, has a great shot.

Defensively the squad looks much better, noticed they kept simply flipping the puck in the air to get it out of the zone rather than playing around with it, need to continue doing that, you might lose possession but it eliminates the giveaways that have plagued them all season.

He didn’t do anything that wouldn’t justify taking Stonehouse too. And with Abraham’s production lately, if he can go and match off with a top scorer on the other team, I don’t mind 4 on 4.

I wasn't a big fan of the last interaction; he basically grabbed Stonehouse after the scoring attempt. Given they had been going back and forth all period, the officials could have easily sent Abraham to the box and ignored Stonehouse's retaliation. No need to even interact in that situation.

I thought that was a quality game. Bad bounce on the first goal against, 2nd one shorthanded, 3rd one, Michelone should’ve had.

Michelone played great positionally all day, making the saves he needed to make look easy. Defense has looked WAY better this weekend. I’m not too torn up about Delmore leaving.

As stated Greentree is elite. A game changer for sure. Good game from Peer as well, and I really am liking Woodall on the back end.

Torres is now halfway to tying Jerrod Smith in all time wins as a Spitfires coach, 3 games into his tenure

The one where stonehouse skated completely out of his way to brush into Abraham after the whistle? Then he crosschecked him after?

If nothing happened prior, totally wrong doing. Even these officials wouldn’t take one on the third interaction unless it was a brutally obvious slash/crosscheck

He hasn't done much for Windsor.
New team Bowler..

Great weekend on the road hiccups with Kingston but seems turned around quite a bit. Proud of the effort 👌
Agree with everything you wrote nice bounce back at Ottawa, nice they defeated 1st place and 2nd place teams on the road(Peterborough ,Ottawa),both goalies notching 1 victory each.
New players starting to contribute, Zhugin 3 points in 3 games,Outwater 2 points in 3,Mancini while pointless was +3 in today's game, team now has same number of road game wins as home(3).
Greentree with 4 points (2G,2A),Peer 2 goals,Davis 2A,Zhugin 1G,1A,Christoforo only dman to get a point.
In the 3 games Spits 7/8 on the PK very solid in that area but only 1-8 on the PP.
Team overall played like they cared throughout all 3 games nice to see.
Good job by Torres and Bowler on the bench.
Think being away helped this team regroup and bond results seem to show it.
Cane back twice from behind today to get the win.
Should mention Oliver Peel outstanding these 3 games scored 5 goals, nice to see taking advantage of the scoring opps this guy gets.
D overall pretty steady hiccups yes disasters not really
Back on the road this week with 2 games,at Barrie and Guelph not bad thing imo, looking forward to continuing improvement from all, still some players struggling topic for another day.

A win

With today's results Spits are no longer last in the league. I mean it's something?!?!
