Deangelis started the year pointless in his 1st 9 games with Sudbury on a heater now,7 games with multiple points,1 of them with 4 assists, with Windsor last year in 67 games played he only had multiple point games 3 times,2A each time, and Windsor scored the most goals in the league, didn't need his offense as much as his strong D play.Regarding the point streak - I'm not sure DeA accomplishes that with Windsor. Sudbury is the highest scoring team in the East and fourth highest overall. He's getting golden opportunities, which is one reason he was traded; a chance at glory with a better team than Windsor. While I'd love to have him back, Walton is going to be pretty solid and the picks are huge for the future (that 2nd is basically a 1st in 2024).
No doubt team misses him this season but those 2 ,2nd round picks and Connor Walton a 17 year old dman eases the pain considerably.
