Thanks for making everyone aware of this. It's sort of like pointing out that the goaltender has a possible shutout going into the 3rd period. I doubt that either goalie would appreciate this knowledge being touted to one and all. If just might leave them feeling jinxed.

I have consistently made mention of players ongoing achievements so its not the 1st time, besides I don't believe in jinxs.

No Harrison, Abraham , Sobolev, Spellacy. It’s unbelievable every game there is a different key player out . Gonna be difficult to win without 2 of their 6 top forwards and best stay at home D man. Knights catch another break lol.

I wouldn’t call it a break for the Knights, but it does feel a bit ridiculous. Either this is the most injury prone group of kids under 20, or they’re being rested like major league pitchers in Spring Training.

My only thought is they're blaming last years failure on Johnston not being 100% and they’re making sure that’s not the case with Harrison/Abraham/Wright/Sobolev (didn’t we here 10-14 days on Sobolev like a month ago?)

Good to see Davis get a chance in a key game. This is pulling him away from a playoff game with LaSalle where he’s the top scorer though, no?

There still has not been 1 game since the deadline that all the regular roster has played in the same game. Be nice to have them together for a bit to get ready for the playoffs

Most injury prone group I can remember the Spitfires having.

What a BS 5 minute call. Guy turns to the center with head down. Peer gets clocked and there wasn't even 2 minutes last weekend. Refs too p***y to explain only a 2 to Hunter.

What a stupid penalty by DeAngelis. How bout checking the guy for a change instead of trying to hold his hand and dance with him. He's been horrible the last half of the season.

Spits lucky to be in the lead. If not for Wright i’m not sure how this game would look. Sadly he our best Dman out there. He has broken up plenty of plays right in front of Windsor’s net. From my seat it looked like it could have been a 5 min major on the hit.

A joke of a 5 minute major , blindsiding ? The guy has the puck and he hit him with his shoulder . Now they play the rest of the game without Dionicio along with Harrison Abraham Sobolev.

Brutal reffing, London has had 2 long two man advantages as well. Decimated lineup has to beat the Knights and the refs.

Uh. I’m gonna say no. I’d say I’ve seen a slightly more injury prone group before. They won the Memorial Cup on WFCU ice.

Ughhh shootout loss. The cocky Knights players in the shootout were beyond annoying. We played decent short staffed but really needed 2 points. More to send a little statement then to settle first place. Teams know they can shove us around after whistles. Reffing was one sided with the wrath of Hunter looming if they called a decent fair game. The missed hold trip non call early in the first on Wright set the tone the stripes were against us. Noticed Wright has a A on his jersey. Did I miss that in a previous game?

It’s a joke that they gave him an A.
They’re kids that have been playing hard all season. He’s a big advertisement campaign.

Other than Joey, Savard didn't have this team ready at all!

other than the blind side hit, the calls on Windsor were pretty routine. Maybe Windsor should start skating instead of taking bad penalties.

After a game like that, I don’t know how you argue Onuska is 1a, 1b or 1 anything.

Last year O outplayed Medina, he was the clear #1, this year, Joey did it.

George got knocked on his butt, but Dionicio had a shoulder on shoulder hit, coming from in front of the net. That was the only awful call IMO.

What’s with Colton Smith getting a top 3 shootout spot? Is this a, “you used to play for London - you get a shot” thing?

Why toss the 40 goal scorer out there when you can have a guy that’s scored half that, while only playing on one end of the ice?

You’re only as good as the team you have today. A loss is a loss, and if OT continued, I’d expect the same outcome, the guys looked gassed.

11 F, but I didn’t even catch Stewart out there. 5 D after the Dionicio call.

Well it’s off to flint where we’ll get banged around and probably scrape up two points, and be down another body for Sarnia.

My frustration is with the lazy penalties. The guys are afraid to make a hit, but have no problem taking lazy hooking and holding calls.

I want to see the Dionicio hit on replay.
I saw the replay multiple times... It was a check to the head. If you don't believe me, take the word of the Windsor announcer who said that it was a check to the head based on one camera angle (that's all you need). If you don't believe the Spits announcer either, then take the word of the officials who spent considerable time reviewing the play. Then if you're still not convinced google "confirmation bias".

Neutral party who watched the game, I didn't think it was a hit to the head.
