Bowler did a great job trying to cement the club as the favourites in the west. I believe he did just that, and to me, this team looks poised for a run to the final

Well there we have it! Some ballsy moves for sure. Our future could be difficult lol. But were here for this season. Biggest concern lies between the pipes and can we learn to clear the zone. Team should score lots of goals lol. Still have 2 cards i think so if we gotta pull up a goalie we can.

I don't know the exact signing cut-off date but I think it is sometime in mid-february

I think the Spits paid the going rate for Wright. You have to pay to play. He is basically a rental. Surprised after all the rumours he went to Windsor. Congrats to the Spits for pulling this off. Good luck going forward.
Thank you Sir!

For what it’s worth. This is hearsay but my niece’s friend saw Wright earlier this evening…….in Windsor.

No or they wouldn't have gone on a buying spree. Joey's play had to be why they decided to buy. Onuska will be a good backup if he gets the proper rest. Just need to limit his minutes so he can heal somewhat.
I agree with this! But the Spits need to make it official that Costanzo is the #1 goalie moving forward. Whatever Onuska's issues are....be it injury, illness, confidence etc. He needs to get his head on straight.

As for Wright being in Windsor last night......I am not too sure about that?

I don't know about Wright last night. The club posted pics from Buffalo Wild Wings but I didn't see him in any shots.

As for Costanzo and Onuska - I've gotten the impression that Savard is leaning Costanzo for the starter's role. Whether he says it outright or not, I don't know, but the ton of his responses has changed over the last two months.

I just think its time for Savard to stop "Leaning towards" or "Hinting at it" and make it official. No better time to make it official, new players, new lines, new PP...etc. Costanzo has more than proven he is the guy!

IMO, you roll with Costanzo as #1, and you work hard with Onuska to get him right. We saw what he did last year in the playoffs, and he’s capable of that again. He needs to heal and be built up. He will still play a crucial role down the stretch, and potentially in the playoffs.

I believe Savard said he's gonna start Wright with Maggio and Harrison. Interesting moving Harrison to the wing.
