Not a fan of Kerfoot on either of the top 2 lines myself . Not the greatest in the corners or defensively and not a very productive puck hound . Mikheyev should be that guy but for some reason he doesn't seem to mesh well on those lines . I actually really liked Roberson on the Tavares line but it was pretty limited viewing . Think myself i would of gave it a lot more time to both gel and let Robertson get up to NHL speed .

I don't really understand the resistance to change up the top 2 lines here. If the 1st takes a bit of a hit but the 2nd line has a better improvement the team itself is better off. I know lots of fans love the fact Marner piles up points and Matthews piles up goals and can win another rocket but those accomplishments without team success are empty to me.
This has been Nylander's game as far as I have seen him. He usually needs a kick to get going when he's in a rut and I think he'll do that soon. Usually, just from history between him and Keefe, Keefe will call him out...he'll mope and stink for a couple of games and then he'll be rejuvenated. Happened a lot during his tenure as a Marlie.
