Blue Jays Discussion: Will play Texas in the ALDS (Playoff Avatars in Posts 1-4)

When I was in the United States this past August the Blue Jays got featured a lot more with highlights on ESPN and they are talked about a great deal and rightly so on the MLB Network.

When I was in the United States...now...the Royals have received far more consistent coverage since their run last year.

Those features were being done to introduce the audience to Blue Jays, because the average American baseball fan knows little about them.

Out of town for the long weekend anyway but if the Jays are on Friday night, we won't leave until Saturday early.

As for the Leafs, I will be attending very few games this year. Hoping Stubhub can send my family to the Caribbean for Christmas.

Neither time will be great for me out west, but will make both work. Either I will have to start fake coughing around the office or watch the Oilers and Blue Jays at the same time and hook up 2 TVs.

Uhh, hate to be the bearer of bad news, but the only weekend game is Sunday.

Games #1 and 2 are Thursday, Friday. Times are unknown as of now.

If the Jays play the early game Friday (which seems likely), they have to play the early game Thursday or its a stupid turnaround. Still hoping for a 5 PM Thursday game though so I don't have to just outright skip a meeting to get to the game on time.

Why is there a difference in the start time for Game 1 depending on who wins between the Yankees and Astros?

Game 1 you'd be fine for. Have a few hours to get from the airport downtown.
