I agree and disagree. If Dan O'Halloran doesn't steal Game 2 from us we're 3-2 going back to the Garden right now. The Kings are good, but the Rangers are very, very good too.

The team, I believe, can win a Cup as constructed, especially with literally one shrewd move (replacing Richards with a good center).

No one will convince me that the refs had nothing to do with Game 2. NO ONE!

Goal #3: Clear as ****ing day goalie interference.

Goal #4: Poo beats two Kings to the puck but refs still called icing (Hopefully, this was also the last time we are seeing hybrid icing).

Goal #5: Puck shot into the crowd. Ref says it deflected off the glass.

Gabby was great here and deserves a cup. Him and Kopitar are the only likable players on that trash Kings team.

I really wish I could just be one of those people who shuts the tv off and immediately goes to bed.

I stood in the same ******* position for 15 minutes after they scored. Finally moved to the couch and sat there for the next ~90 minutes watching postgame. When postgame ended and MSG started again from the beginning I sat there and watched that **** again until finally removing myself to the bedroom minutes ago. Now Ill just sit here for another hour.

I watched the handshake, not sure why. I guess I just wanted a few more moments with my Rangers before turning the TV off.

No way though was I going to stick around for Buttman coming out and presenting the cup to L.A. no freakin' way.

Gaborik deserved it more. Lead the entire playoffs in goals. Williams had a good finals (no better than gaborik). Its not absurd to say Williams got the Smythe only because of all the hype surrounding his name this entire series.

Kopitar was dead silent. Nash outplayed him.

And no one should convince you. Let the Kings fans cry about Rangers fans complaining about refs: deep down they know they were gifted a game. It doesn't matter to them cuz they're champs, but you're absolutely correct. Clear as day.

Only one person can win it, Williams is just as good of choice as Gaborik. I was responding to the poster who said it was a shame he won it, I disagree. Wasn't intending to get into a pissing match over Gaborik because I honestly don't care.

Reflection of how the NHL and Bettman feels about the Rangers. Remember......Avery got suspended for saying something about another players' girlfriend. Bettman is probably making sure they spell Dan O'Halloran's name right when they engrave the cup.

Makes me sad to see Gaborik on the other side. But I'm happy for him. I still remember being in my car, listening to Albert and Maloney, driving home from work when he scored the triple OT winner against the Caps in 2012. One of the greatest NY Rangers memories ever for me. Maloney screamed like a little girl, LOL.
