I would like Bods to get a call-up, but not sure that will happen.

Probably Campbell.

Looks like Schultz might get some games.

Just have to hope these guys play well, Greene has been a surprise.

Greene has kept his game simple, and just making easy play's and staying out of foot races.

Forbort not being ready is really hurting the Kings this year.

I think if they had any better options they'd have exercised them before bringing in Schultz.

I'm not going to pretend that I know more than anyone here expressing an opinion on Schulz or McNabb or Campbell and who is better or worse. I just don't know Manchester players at all. I don't follow the minor leagues.

But I have to believe the Kings went to Schulz first for a reason. Maybe some of you can enlighten me.

Doughty played 33 minutes? :amazed::amazed::amazed::amazed::amazed::amazed:

Yeah, he's amazing.

He's played in the NHL.

He is experienced, Schultz has NHL games under his belt.

Schultz is also a MAN, not a kid. Big body, long reach. It's not a mystery why the Kings would go to him in the playoff's.

I like Andrew Bodnarchuck, but lets face it, He has Five NHL games to his credit.

I have to look at this from the Kings stand point. Bods is still a prospect, with very little NHL experience.

Well, that was my take too. I am just wondering why some posters here rather go with McNabb and/or Campbell.

I think the Kings always opt for BIG BIG BIG D guys. Look at Regehr.

The way people act on here you'd think Schultz is a tortoise ffs...

Edit: LMAO, my google search yielded this...

LOL I've thought it all along.

It will be interesting to see who the Kings call up in the AM, if they call up anyone at all.

Schultz played fine at the AHL, he is just slow foot speed, like Greene.

But Schultz can (and has) made up for that with his reach and size.

Call-Ups I would like to see:

McNabb, Bods, Campbell. I would be fine with any of those.

Forbort is just not ready for the NHL yet.

Now imagine if they had drafted the better dman in Justin Faulk instead of the project in Forbort. Talk about a lethal blueline...

Since KK apparently thinks he's the worst player in the history of the league you can pretty much be assured he'll do fine

Got it, thanks.

When I saw Schultz in the preseason game here in Denver, he was horrific.
You think Greene, Mitchell and Regher are slow? This guy makes them all
speed demons with 5th gears. I would rather play Bodnarchuk or McNabb.

Too bad Forbort is not quite there yet. I would rather see Campbell than
Schultz.

I don't get mad over drafts anymore.

They are crap shoots, you know how many teams/fans are kicking themselves over Kopitar ?

Futa and Lombardi are batting 1000. for two roster players out of each draft.

That's really all you can ask out of them and the scouts.

Forbort was the highest rated Defender left on the board after Fowler went.

Look at how many teams passed on Quick.....

****, I'm expecting him to score on Quick...

Almost everyone I've said is terrible and legitimately bad has been traded or gone shortly. That's a fact.

It sounds like a lot of you haven't Schultz ever play LOL. watched him in Washington and he made Green look like Lidstrom.

That's par for the course with our D-core i think only Doughty is the only one that hasn't scored on Quick.

To be honest, I wasn't even trying to be funny. I was simply stating that the guy is so bad he'll apparently play for the wrong team. And then I realized how many times the Kings have accidentally scored on Quick
