goes with what i was saying. if that is the best ANH can do then their team isn't that strong. they had a tired, beat up opponent that played 5 D for 3+ periods and couldn't capitalize on it.

the S*cks should have feasted on LA tonight, instead they **** the bed and let the Kings steal a game

Have to tell you I was thinking the Ducks would come out super aggressive like the Sharks the first 2 games with more speed to exploit the beat up D. After this game... totally winnable... not a done deal by any means.

After Game 1 in San Jose I was very worried because the Kings played like absolute garbage and got throttled.

Tonight the Kings played very poorly, for vey long stretches and SOMEHOW kept it a close game. Anaheim doesn't scare me one bit.

Anyone who says we shouldn't re-sign Gaborik is delusional. He is an elite, game-breaking talent that can single-handedly shift the tide of a game and he did exactly that tonight. God damn is this guy something else. He isn't getting paid to take the body or play a grinding game, he gets paid to score timely goals and he's done exactly that.

And Martinez is cash money. He needs a larger role next year.

Remember when Sutter would never even put him in?

Oh yeah, and Gabby is tied for the lead with 5 goals.

How about that blocked shot by Martinez?

How about that whole game by Martinez. He was outstanding; owned just about every inch the ice he covered. The rest of the NHL world who were watching and don't usually see the Kings, finally get to see just how underrated he is. Great game from AMart, putting up big minutes, over 30 tonight.

Greene on the other hand, leaves me queasy. I know they can't not play him with RR out but you just can't help but think he'll cost the Kings a game.

Love DD saying post game, he wants to play every shift, all the time. His passion and enthusiasm shines through that entire team.

Kings stealing one and coming back from 0-3 just proves that God is still a Kings fan and wearing His champagne stained 2012 Cup jersey.

Go Kings...

Getting Gaborik for zilch should get Lombardi GM of the Year honors by itself.

The better team won today. Anaheim wasn't the better team, if they were, they would have won.

Two other things I noticed -

Carter's move down the right side of the ice during OT was almost EXACTLY the same as in Game 2 of the SCF. Scary how close it was.

And Hiller in net after Gaborik's first goal looked exactly like Oprah

A-Mart has gone from Sutter's chateau chien to our second best dman.

Black Aces are going to be heavy on D for good reason. i won't be surprised to see 1 if not 2 of them play in this series.

Sutter will likely dress Schultz and Soupy coming up if Willie and RR aren't able to suit up

Those PSAs are annoying...almost as much as Hayward... I almost missed the question on the Islanders...but got it before he finished the sentence...

This is A-Mart's moment. In and out of the line-up; never clear where he'd fit in the long term plans. The guy is good. Where would the King's blue line be without him?

No doubt at all.
Can't even believe that Sutter was giving him the shaft last season, he has been nothing but awesome. I have no idea what in the world we would have done if we had traded him instead of Ellerby or something. Dude is an absolute star on the blue line who should be getting a lot more attention than he gets.

Anze Kopitar is currently the best player on the planet. He has 13 points already. In the entire 2012 run he had 20.

Gaborik quietly leading the league in goals too!
