I started semi-excited because I like our team (beyond a few players/positions.. but Vegas isn’t perfect either)

Now it doesn’t look like they want the cup enough to beat this team.. game 1 was killed by one player and game 3 was ass.

Just leave it all on the ice.. and go for rebounds for once in your lives on 5vs5 play. I see it all the time on the PP but 5vs5 it’s just pass pass giveaway seemingly every play.
I don’t mind losing if the effort is 110%.. that 16/17 team wasn’t this good but the all around effort was better and I loved watching that team. This team is a damn rollercoaster

Twenty years? If the past behavior of Oiler fans et al. is any indication, try a few.

If the depth on the Oilers cant do it this year or next, and Drai doesn't sign an extension, then both he and McDavid are gone and all those players who wouldn't listen or sacrifice that bit more will be left behind.

Their names will be mud.

People will whisper behind their backs that they couldn't even win with the two best players in the world. No accolades for any coaches or GMs either. Trolls will have a heyday. The Oilers will become a variation of the 1967 theme/meme.

No pressure though.

Try a different browser. I switched to Brave and it completely turned this site around for me.
 
I imagine Skinner will have a pretty short leash tonight.
Oilers should come out flying, need to score early on that surge.

Prediction. Oilers win.
Intermission prediction. Eakins will say something stupid, Bieksa will take a subtle jab.

PS. How is Eakins still a coach? His comments are eye rolling bad.

My chrome constantly crashes with these obnoxious ads. I personally prefer the gamble ones in the game over this hot mess.

I think as long as they keep making the playoffs and keep coming close Drai and Mcdavid will both resign. But if we never win a cup with these guys your right we will forever be known as the team who didn't win a cup with a top 5 player all time and another who is pretty damn good as well. Only one team holds that title currently the Flyers with Lindros.
 
Brossoit injury is unfortunate. Hill in net will make things even harder for the Oilers.
