The Kings winning the Cup was on all of our bucket lists. The team is doing its best to make sure we're in our graves soon with the victory parade still fresh in our memories.

Am I the only one not bothered by the "beat l.a." chants? This has been around since back in the Magic Johnson days, and it doesn't bother me one bit. I don't understand why so many of you guys are bothered by the chant.

I want to start a "Beat LA" chant at a Lakers vs. Clippers game so badly.

It doesn't bother me when they do it in SJ, but it is a little bit ridiculous to hear it in Anaheim since I guarantee there are thousands of people in that building who are fans of the LA Lakers and LA Angels.

Watching Duck fans chant beat LA made me laugh right out loud.

Basically they are saying that they want to beat themselves.

The Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim has forever banned that part of the country from being able to chant anything about any team from any other region.

One of the dumbest things I have ever seen in any sport and I have seen professional kickball.

It's more that as a fan of many LA based teams, I can't seem to get away from it.

The "beat la" chant is a chant to encourage the visiting on to victory. The Celtics fans knew they were going to lose to the 76ers so they were cheering on the visiting team in the next round. Oh yeah LA won the next round 4-2. So if you hear "beat LA " know an LA win is coming soon

The THN article is such garbage.

The Ducks are loose and free? So there is no pressure knowing a loss would be the second straight year they would have lost a game 7 at home after being up 3-2 in the series.

I agree. The Ducks come into the playoffs with 119 points (I think) and where considered the best team in the league for giant parts of the media and we were just barely good enough and now that we have forced a game 7 WE are supposed to be the team that has more pressure?

Such garbage.

Oh and you were right and I was wrong about coach from earlier in the playoffs. I had enough of our team playing without emotion and obviously pointed it in the wrong direction. Shame on me for doing so but kudos to you for holding my feet to the fire.

That was a Brutal article.

Only thing I agree with is that stupid trade with fasching. Really brutal.

I get ridiculously frustrated with Sutter too, when I saw Richards centering Carter to start Game 1 of the SJ series and Game 4 of this series I wanted to throw my remote threw the wall, but the larger results don't lie. He is the best coach in Kings history.

Also have to love how the article says that Quick won't age well and that Richards two way play keeps him valuable.

It's pretty obvious this clown hasn't watched many Kings games this year, and those two comments prove it.
