Kings have been lights-out at home this year. Kings win the next two at home and the series is going back to St. Louis 2-2 with the momentum in the Kings' favor. Kings swept the Blues last year; no reason they can't go 4-0 again. They have to win 3 at home and 1 on the road... that's manageable.

Well on the bright side I might be saving a few grand on playoff tickets this year.

Will see what the next 2 games bring. I think Kings will win both, but they need to try shake Elliot's confidence and pot more than 2 goals.

St Louis is not an offensive juggernaut, but their defense definitely as been upgraded.

It's one thing to assess whether one team is better than the other. Both these teams are very close in method of play, size, and abilities. I think we have the better goalie. So we are down 2-0. Big deal, it still takes 4 games to win a series. 3 out of the next 4 are at home, and the Kings have been solid at home this season.

I sure wish all the naysayers would just get the **** out, especially if we win this series. Don't want to hear or see from any of you from here on in.

King is a symptom of the problem, not the problem. If these guys were playing their game DK would have a point or two. Richards and Kopitar are supposed to create offense for their wingers, period. Players making that money should produce no matter what. I don't care if they're hurt, Regehr took a skate to the face, came back in and kept playing his game. Time to sack up and do their job as we know they can. If they do, we can win it.

Richards has lost all motivation, I can see that in his play, the guy came into the season out of shape, and hasn't looked good 5 on 5 at all this year.

Next season Richards will probably be back to normal.

That's rolling the dice. Richards looked worse last year than he did in Philly, and he looks worse this year than he did last year. He is trending the wrong way.

As for Kopitar, he looks slow. A step behind everything and that is why he is struggling 5 on 5. He still has great hands and is great on the PP. But the Kings need Kopitar and Richards to be more than PP specialists.
