Man the US is crazy. I bet it was one of the four guys got cold feet and ratted them out
It was a maid cleaning the room that made the discovery.

Assuming we extend him a qualifying offer, which we can and will, then yes, we do.Would the jays get a comp pick if he signed somewhere else?
Baltimore gonna surprise. I'll guess Cowser.

Awesome. Thanks for the info.Assuming we extend him a qualifying offer, which we can and will, then yes, we do.
We could likely trade him at the deadline for a prospect even better than the comp pick next year, but I would rather they push for the wild card and then try to keep him for 3-4 years.
Sweet. Thanks for the info.I'm not positive, but I think they can. The rules are that you get a Comp pick if you give the player a QO and he rejects it and signs elsewhere, but players can also only get a QO once in their career. If a player has had a QO before, regardless of what happens with it and that player in free agency, they can't be offered one again.
From what I read, the A's chose not to offer him one last off-season so he's likely still eligible and almost certain to reject the offer when the Jays give it to him.
So based on that we would get a compensation pick provided the Jays submit a qualifying offer and another team signs him. And based on the Jays' financial state they would get a pick in the "B" compensation round.
Pre-draft rumors say Kansas City loves him.guessing rocker goes in the next 2 picks
Most of the mocks had him going to the Royals. Probably a good bet.guessing rocker goes in the next 2 picks
