Most of the mocks I saw and rankings had him like in the 30-55-ish range.

This is an MLB draft though, the only sport where crazy reaches happen with all of the bonus pool allocation strategies.

Wouldn't really call it a drop yet. Him and Leiter were 1/2 a while back but he's dropped to the late single digits since then. mlb.com ranked him 6. If he doesn't go soon though yeah it's probably a draft day drop, but Watson and House are still right there with him. 9 wouldn't be that unexpected especially with Baltimore and KC picking lesser talents on purpose.

Rocker’s best friend is Austin Martin. Rocker says he loved playing with Martin. I would gladly put our 3rd and 4th pick to take Rocker overslot. One can only hope. No way Rocket gets past the Angels though. They need pitching and he might be the 2nd best pitcher.

Wonder if he priced himself out to go to a specific team?
