Do we really want to bring this guy over? His season just ended on a losing note and he wasn't good enough to put his team over the top. Not sure we want to bring that type of losing mentality into the locker room for the rest of the year.
I'm lost for what mentality is right for the NYR locker room.Do we really want to bring this guy over? His season just ended on a losing note and he wasn't good enough to put his team over the top. Pretty sure Kratsov typically plays on the right side. Also laf has had better results from the left.Panarin-Zibanejad-Lafreniere
Kreider-Strome-Kakko
Kravtsov-Chytil-Buchnevich
Lemieux-Rooney-Gauthier
Howden
Laf had a nice game with Panarin in Washington before he went on his two week hiatus. That pretty much opened the floodgates for Laf, and it was bread who caused it. Plus Kravtsov has played some LW this year. I believe @Amazing Kreiderman would be able to confirm whether or not this is true.Pretty sure Kratsov typically plays on the right side. What are you going to do, leave him in Hartford until Quinn is not here? So if Quinn is coaching the team next year, you want Kravstove nowhere near it?IF VK comes over he should be centering the first line in Hartford at least to start.
I don't want Quinn to touch him.
IDK about another year in the KHL. I think he needs to come here. Ideally without Quinn around, but either way.Terrible! Needed a deep run to keep him away from this team unless Hartford is an option. Deep playoff run and another year in KHL would have been optimal
Good point; not.Do we really want to bring this guy over? His season just ended on a losing note and he wasn't good enough to put his team over the top. Not sure we want to bring that type of losing mentality into the locker room for the rest of the year.
The front office seems to have Quinn’s back. I want Kravtsov on NHL ice and playing. He went back to the KHL and had a very good year. You can argue the KHL is tougher than the AHL. Who knows. Kravtsov doesn’t need AHL right away. Let’s see how he handles the play up here first. He’s what, 21? Chytil is 20 I believe and up and playing. Lafreniere and Kakko are 19 and 20. Let’s see what these guys can do here.IF VK comes over he should be centering the first line in Hartford at least to start.

And would it really be awful for Kravstov to not be developed like Buchnevich or Chytil?
And when are you giving up on the idea that Kravstov is coming here to be a center?
