The 3 PP in a row......when we could of taken control killed us. Absolutely no apparent plan there.

The problem is that pretty much the whole league knows the plan by now, and that is to skate the puck in on the zone entry and then get it to Wheeler on the right side board. The Jets zone entries have looked sluggish and easy to read for the PK waiting at the blue line. They even could afford to put three guys on the puck in the corner since the Jets support was so abysmal. It also didn't help that once Wheeler got the puck, he couldn't do anything useful with it.

They need to put Connor back on unit one as they desperately need someone who can gain entry. We don't need two entry specialists on the second unit. That is the one big area Maurice or whoever is running the PP needs to make an adjustment.

Anything can happen in a Game 7 -- I'm hoping like the Jet's surprise in their building like they've done all year. This is "not over yet" --we can win this thing.

This could turn out to be very true. We have a lot of young guys, that look a little intimidated by the "big stage"--and huge crowds. They will have to find something special within themselves to pull out this Game 7.

It just appears like Ehlers, Laine, Roslovic and guys like Little--have not come out with their A game--and that's what it will take to knock off these hungry Preds- nothing less than a 100% effort will be acceptable. If you lose--then do so-- but go down fighting with some pride.

If we want to break down where you went wrong, it starts in your first sentence (i.e., "one side flouts the rules by bitching about the team/coaching decisions in the team GDT") which isn't actually against the rules whereas bitching about posters is against the rules. So you've got it exactly backwards. Then you followed that up with a lot of unintelligible twaddle - like where you said "one side would be completely placid if not for agitators" but anyone who spent an hour in English Lit would know that placid is not the right word here bc if one side were truly placid, they would not be bothered by people who question the coaching decisions. I for one am glad for the sake of Maurice that he did not play Hendricks tonight, playing him and losing like that, he would have been absolutely ripped apart on social media. I don't think one can blame the coach for this.

I agree with Jet's Fan-- Maurice has done an excellent job this year, developing our youth, and taking us very deep against the top team in the NHL. We still have a chance to win this thing--"a very good one".

If we don't-- I'll say to myself--we have a great and dedicated coach, who took this team to the next level it had to -- in order to grow and achieve success. Maurice has done his job well this year--with the 2nd best overall record in the NHL.

It's now up to the players to dig down deep, show some heart and show they can win this 7-th game --I think they can do it !!!

Meh, nothing was clicking. Nashville did enough to limit our chances after potting 1. Jets aren't the only team comfortable with a 1 goal lead.
Thought we got a little too cute with the puck, missed our chances, had some weird bounces and Pekka got the leftovers.

Yes--your right Lackey --40% is a very big number -- but I'm sure the Sports Books, have it at about the same. The Jet's are a hi-powered scoring team when their rolling, so really you have to like their chances. I give the edge to Nashville, because of experience and home ice, but I believe the Jet's won 3 times there--in their building.

I'd love so much to see the Jets pull this game out of the fire-- I think they can do it--if they believe they can. They have to be prepared to "pay the price."
