Ya I mean they definitely toss the fish, but it is more of a tourist trap attraction at this point. People huddling over one another waiting for the sucker to buy a $100+ sockeye just to see it fly. It is a neat place to be for sure. Seattle is a world class city IMO and they have some of the best/loyal fans in NA. As a Vancouverite, I cannot wait to go check out the Leafs in the Krak house. It will be a complete zoo. My prediction is that Seattle will have one of the best in game atmosphere's in the NHL right away. If they even bring half the energy they bring to the Hawks games it will be an unbelievable place to watch a game

ahh depends on the year. a couple years back you could go to a mid week panthers game for like $20 on craigslist because the Canucks fanbase is so f***ing terrible. But in their contending years you would never be able to get in the building for less than $150, no matter the team or day. Regardless the Leafs games are a complete joke. I go every year and it is usually around $200 minimum per.. For me it's just nice to be able to have the option to go to Seattle for the day and catch 2 Leaf games a year vs. 1

A lot of people don't realize this. The Kadri trade directly led to us being able to sign Brodie, which is what Dubas initially wanted. The Kadri trade in itself sucked BUT that money getting freed to sign Brodie totally makes it worth it.

To expand, the leaked video was done on Monday (yesterday), so it's possible they went back over the last 24h or so to record more takes of other players or did other takes at other locations.

But they did 25 takes of the Kerfoot pick yesterday. Not just one. 25... of just the Kerfoot pick. And then left. Sooo...

Essentially need a top 6 LW and a goaltender. If there's money left maybe another bottom 6 center. The rest of the holes are likely filled internally (Robertson, Anderson, Sandin, Liljegren, etc).

If they're serious about winning anything they need an upgraded bottom-6 and another big piece on defense along with a 1a/1b goalie .

Dubas has his work cut out for him.

This seems likely, but Seattle could have done multiple takes and only this one leaked. For example, they could have one with Dermott being the pick or McCann, etc. I believe the Sens did multiple for Alex Trebek taking Stutzle because of the variables involved.

Yeah, but at the same time the year before he had 9g 9a in 15 games including 5 game winners. But your point is very valid with suspensions in 3 of the last 4 playoffs and could have helped them against Vegas.

I guess if this video is true its the best result, we save that 3.5 mil and can spread it around. Kerfoot wasnt terrible or anything, he just never fit anywhere until JT got hurt
