Should have an asterisk next your cup win last year.I hope Vegas gets the Oilers in the first round and buries them.
you guys got hooped like the rest of the leagueAssuming there is more, I like the targeting of Miromanov. Flames have space to give him a shot and his toolkit is intriguing.
Don't put that evil on us.Should be every opposing team's duty to play Vegas players into the ground for the rest of the season and for the bottom feeders to go easy on St. Louis so they have a better chance to make it in and hopefully get cheatin' Vegas the F out.
lmao that all your organization has to look forward to is trying to prop up other teams to beat the OilersOilers crying in their beers and praying they don't have to play the Knights again in the playoffs.

I'm not concerned. I just see retention, especially if the 75% retention is true as more of a premium that offsets the lower value of being a pending UFA. I don't think Mirmonanov is an overly valuable asset. There's potential there for a guy that has a late break out but I don't think it's very likely.Don't know why fans get so concerned about retention of a UFA to be at the TDL?
It's only a big deal if that player has another year or more left on their contract. But, a pending UFA, is that really a big deal? Not like the team that dealt that player away needed the cap room to close out the season.
And the NHL isn't the NFL where cap space does roll over into the following season.
I'm not arguing it's a fake injury. Timelone is just funny. There should be some form of injury verification. If he is healthy with two weeks left in the regular season he shouldn't be able to be kept on the LTIR imo.Stone missed most of 21-22 and Vegas missed the playoffs. Was that a fake injury too?
Really? If diagnostic imaging suggests his spleen is no longer lacerated, that guarantees he's ready to play, no questions asked, 100% certainty? No warmup needed, no conditioning to get back in game shape and avoid other injuries from not being fully ready to play?Honest question. What's stopping the league from forcing Stone to have diagnostic imaging evaluated by an independent physician near the end of the season to see if he's even eligible to be on LTIR? Surely they should be doing follow up imaging before he's cleared to play and the league should have access to that. It's pretty black and white when he should be forced off LTIR.
If you legit don't think he'll be back by game 2 at the latest then you're just being naive. Three years in a row they tried this with the same player. They planned on doing the same with him two years ago but the team tanked and suddenly he was healthy enough to return for the stretch run. It's an ace in the hole to have players who you can justifiably keep on the shelf until necessary but also can come back as conveniently as you need them to.Hopefully you will be able to read this through tear-soaked eyes. They don't know if he will be active by Game 1. They have explicitly stated that it looks like he will not be.
Most likely. His best friend is EichelExtension in place or nah?
Would much rather have Hague, but I admit I know nothing of this guyAssuming there is more, I like the targeting of Miromanov. Flames have space to give him a shot and his toolkit is intriguing.
Breathe, man, miro isnt the only piece going, he is just all anyone knows yet.Vegas overpaying...
Wow Calgary fleecing them =/
Why would you give up a bluechipper like Miromanov for a #4 defenseman? Vegas must be scared of the Canucks!
Lol yup, Fleecing by vegas. So the trade at current is a top pairing defenseman - retained - for a potential bottom pair defenseman
Has there even been any confirmation of that injury, or did they just plant the seeds to Seravelli and then everyone ran with his speculation?Really? If diagnostic imaging suggests his spleen is no longer lacerated, that guarantees he's ready to play, no questions asked, 100% certainty? No warmup needed, no conditioning to get back in game shape and avoid other injuries from not being fully ready to play?
What if he's clearly not 100% healthy with 2 weeks to go in the regular season, but he could be 100% healthy in 2-3 weeks?I'm not arguing it's a fake injury. Timelone is just funny. There should be some form of injury verification. If he is healthy with two weeks left in the regular season he shouldn't be able to be kept on the LTIR imo.
Lol. He's 26 years old and has never been able to hold more than an injury call up spot in his career. He is absolutely not a blue chip prospect at this point. If you're unable to steal a spot from Ben Hutton odds are you're not a special talent.Vegas overpaying...

Yeah, they do an impressive job of moving on from guys regardless of sentimental reasons but he's taken to their identity so much that I can't see them moving off of him
And his agent is a VGK dad. Most likely. His best friend is Eichel
