Vegas about to circumvent cap again? UPD: Mark Stone back practicing.

Ok, not expecting Muzzin or Klingberg, just passing on what I heard them say on Overdrive of Murray.
 
I know this is delusional.

But one day their first line will be Matthews-McDavid-Bedard. Their top D pairing will be Hughes-Makar. And their starting goaltender will probably be the best goalie in the league at that point which I'll say by the time might likely be Spencer Knight. :sarcasm:

Teams keep trading with us. Why don’t they refuse to help us if the cheating is so obvious ?

Cause Vegas is in danger of dropping into the 2nd wild card spot……but don’t worry - up next it’s Alec Martinez please come on down with - shakes 8 ball - a foot injury that magically showed up on the day Haniffin is acquired.

I hope Vegas has $100M on the roster come playoff time. Will be that much sweeter for the team that ends their reign as Champs.

Gonna look bad when they close the loophole because they abused it.

By then gonna be clear it was unfair.

In opinion, it is unusual to refer to a sports team's actions using "us" or "we." Regardless, they are adhering to the rules. Good on Vegas.
 
The debate shouldn't be if it's cheating or not when we look at the CBA because obviously it's not.

The debate needs to be how do they fix it because this BS obviously can't continue. It's literally the stupidest rule. If a players injury timeline has him set to come back during the playoffs, you shouldn't get the cap space. Or you get the option to use the cap space at the expense of the LTIR player being done for the entire season to include postseason. Pick one, you can't have both.

They overlooked this one big time. Guarantee it won't remain this way in the next CBA
