He is good….but they definitely aren’t sitting McCormick/Carroll/Landry/McDougall…so it’s probably between Nolet and Hall. I could see them wanting to ease Kammerer back into the lineup…so maybe rotate those three between two spots??

Who comes out then? I feel like McCormick , Carroll, Landry and MacDougall are locked into the lineup , I’ve never been a big Connor Hall guy but I know GMac really likes him. I feel like Kammerer and Nolet fight for the 6th spot . This is probably the best d core I’ve seen at UNB. They don’t have a Luke Gallant or Jordan Murray but from 1-8 this group is so deep. UNB has 7 guys who could be almost any teams number one guy

Also I’ve said it on here a few times, Kade Landry - most underrated player in the AUS.

Can’t see Hall coming out. I think he plays too well with that edge in his game that Gards likes, plus he has also been around the league a while now.

Hall gives them a physical upside, Kammerer is also a big body, but has yet to play a game since the OHL playoffs. The backend is deep and Macdougall has options depending on the nature of the competition (physical).
McCormick, MacDougall and Landry are locks!
If they bring anyone in during the break, it will most likely be a forward?
IMO, they lack that grit of Chris Bennett, Cam Braes etc, but are skilled up front, so I could see someone with size possibly fitting in, Jacob Gaucher?
Gaucher signed a two way contract, but is now in the ECHL.

Sproule is listed as “inactive” on Cincinnati’s stats page….and not even listed on their roster page. Looks like he is no longer with the Cyclones.

A Pete's story from last year said that Sproule thrived offensively there after being traded from Erie, but still needed to work on his defensive game. If he shows up at UNB Gardiner's coaching should take care of that - or he'll be watching from the stands.
 
Really impressed with the quality of the Reds webcast this season. Seems like there is an improvement every game. Mike and Kilfoil aren’t so bad either!!!

Not necessarily the case with Roth. Scratches announced are simply the leftovers on the program/roster list after the game dress list is provided from the team. Personal situations are not taken into account.

I have confirmation from someone outside the team, but who knows Sproule, that he will be with them after Christmas. Practiced once already with UNB and apparently said it was the hardest practice of his life.
