"... we love(D) it here..."

Reads very different from, "We love it here!"

Say it out loud and the 2 sentences are very different.
You could interpret it that way.

It could also be just simply that him and his family were at a short term rental or a friends house in the north end and now that the season is over they are returning home to their actual house

Depressing to think that he and orlov were two of the best players we had in round 1 and both are likely gone. Would be nice to move a bunch of crap and keep those two, but can’t see it

If Bertuzzi is even remotely considering coming back here, the Bruins need to make it happen. 5 goals. 10 points. Arguably the best Bruins player in round 1.

This is a no-brainer.

And only the third Bruin (the other two being Coyle & Foligno) willing to take a beating in front of the net in order to get a scoring chance.

What generally happens with the Bruins when they sign injury prone UFAs again?

Sign me up. I’ll take some missed regular season games for what he does in the playoffs. Better than the healthy guys we have who don’t show up in the playoffs.

Yep, I want 59 back for sure.

Sure, he’s not Bergeron in his own end, but I’ll happily take the good with the bad. He was an absolute tank this series, a net front presence that has been missed for a very long time.

Bergeron wasn’t bergeron in his own end

Gotta sign Bert if they want to keep going in this direction.

Larking would be the C we are looking for too

Should send them Ullmark, Gryzz and a young guy for him. Maybe they do it.

I think there is a decent chance he will take a 1 year deal

With the cap explosion coming after the 23-24 season

Could be smart to sign a 1 year deal play on a line with Pasta all season and PP1 rack up the points

Then bolt for a massive payday

I will be very shocked if we find a way to sign Bertuzzi.
Not sure he's worth what the price tag will be either. He will get multiple offers and has no reason to prefer Boston. Wouldn't be surprised if he went back to Detroit.
