Those shirts are amazing I'm definitely getting one, Eakins sounded like a proud dad on that phone call afterwards. So proud of Troy and the progress he has made... he is a legitimate difference maker every time he is on the ice now.
 
How ironic that one of the most deserving players in the division has to sneak in last the 'last man.' He has been one of the very best players in the league this year, let alone the division.

Shit happens. Kadri was the last man and he is 5th in the league in points, only 2 less then McDavid.
Marchand is 10th in the league in points and didn't make it.

It isn't like the league is against the Ducks.

Not that I disagree with you, but I do find it funny that the two guys you chose to illustrate your point have a reputation of being absolute sacks of shit.

Gibson must have read us talking about terry being more deserving…. He’s kinda turned it on the last few games

950 save percentage over last 5, against avs x2 lightning flyers and Vegas

That is his 25th goal of the season and 7th game winning goal as well as his 41st point of the season which is more then double his previous single season high. Just can't believe how productive he is it's great to see :popcorn:

Also, we have a good exposure lately. Spittin Chiclets alone has had Z, Getz, Stothers, Terry in something around 6 months or so. Sounds like at least 2 of those is because of Z - what a draft pick.

But in all honesty I think our staff always have valued character. Plus, Getzy leading the team must be good too, he is really a great leader, imo.

I actually feel like what he said really relates to a guy like Sam Steel... the part about if he has a bad first shift he goes into a shell, if he has a good first shift he plays a little more to his style. Obviously a skill gap between the 2 players, but im hoping Terry can pass on what hes learned and done to Steel

Hes who I hope gets the C when Getz is done. Sure as hell don’t want Fowler to get it and Zegras is not even close to mature enough for it yet.
