Tires are insane. Early 2000's I put 4 33" BF Goodrich AT specialty off-road tires on my Jeep for around $450. 10 years later I put a set of 4 OEM replacements on another Jeep and they cost $1200! No way should prices almost quadruple in 10 years, especially going from oversized custom tires to OEM.

Yeah my repair guy didn't give me an estimate but I'm sure it will be at least that much if not more :(

Here's a debate for you.

Brownies.... center piece, or edge piece?

Edge or nothing. Its not a brownie without that little crunch and chewiness.

The best invention ever...

SO my 2 cats are hiding. I am having a new floor put into my bathroom. Next will be a backsplash for the kitchen. I have so many things I want to do . Now I have the time but need to win the lottery.
I need time and I need to win the lottery.

Neither of which is going to change because I don't play the lottery, and I'm probably going to have to work until I'm...*does the math*.... 104.

I have to be very careful with $$$. I had originally planned to work a few more years. I still have a mortgage. The only lottery I play is in a pool with folks I used to work with. We all throw a buck a week in.

There were 4 of us in Planning. One left a couple of years ago and the remaining 3 "absorbed" the work. One moved 2 years ago to Florida and they had someone who was supposed to start and never showed up. ...so two of us "absorbed" the work. The last person I was working with went out on medical....I was working through lunch and extra hours. I could not take any time off. The person on medical returned for 2 weeks (after being out almost a year) and dropped dead (she was 7 years younger than me).

I asked for help and finally last March told my boss I was retiring in July. He said "THIS July?" .I was exhausted. They have hired 3 people.

I miss the people but not the stress . with all of the material shortages/ supply chain issues it is hell there.

Trust me. Once the snow and ice move in and you have no reason to go out you’ll like it even more.

It's 100% based on situation. Brownie sundae, or similar type of dessert that requires fork/spoon, then you gotta go center. If you're just eating a brownie by itself, then edge.

Center.
Milk is the side dish.

Edit: Wait. I misunderstood the question.
I thought you were asking if brownies were a main dish or side dish.

I like edge pieces. Always with milk. Milk is required.

These brownies are very fudge like and crumbly but are so damn good. If you put them in the fridge, they might as well be a fudge cake.

They take a bit of time to make but as long as you let the melted chocolate cool for an hour, you should be fine.

I can't eat walnuts so I leave them out but if you can eat them, add them after toasting them a bit.

I use Baker's chocolate squares and Toll House morsels. I also use Folgers for my instant coffee granules.

You can easily half the recipe and tweak it too.
