There are some other players listed who don't have NHL SPCs. AHL contracts. Usually those guys aren't listed with the signed NHL guys and reserve list players.

It's all an angle... It's the ol' mystery partner bit that wrestling has been using for years. Just before the puck drop, the lights go off, some music you've never heard of hits, a spotlight hits the zamboni entrance and there stand 3 guys that nobody recognizes nor cares about.
 
This is REALLY getting ridiculous. Rangers know who they are sending by now, how about RELEASING the roster already. Jesus. What the hell is the big secret.

Us Ranger fans have nothing else to look forward to during this time of the year but the damn Traverse City Tournament, dont they know that?! :laugh:

That article had a link to Traverse City's Facebook post confirming it, but after reading that post, they then said this:

Hi Robert, we have passed along some misinformation. The New York Rangers hockey club was interested in live streaming, however it is just a consideration at this point. If that gets confirmed, we will let you know.

What a mess all over.

There is some intern I recon sitting on the roster up. How hard can it be to publish the roster? Someone is probably sitting on the roster but needs green light from Slats to publish it, but don't have the guts to call him.

The players must know if they are going or not. I mean, they are gonna suit up in like 48 hrs.
 
The 2011 coverage was some of the best and most fun programming that MSG has had in years. It was very interactive with Gordie Clark, Jeff Gorton, etc. answering questions and actually going into the lockeroom.

I can understand wanting to save $ and not sending Maloney, Giannnoe, the TV crew to a place but they should have something...anything to promote the product and team.

Rangers have plans for Miller and McIlrath with the Rangers big team. They will get long looks in training camp. The NCAA kids aren't eligible. Buchnevich. His season has started.
 
NCAA kids rarely, if ever, show up to these tournaments. College has started already and teams don't want their kids leaving to go play in something as meaningless as TC. How many college kids have a few hundred bucks laying around to get to Michigan, put themselves up in a hotel for several days, and pay for all of their meals?

Buchnevich's season has started already, he's not leaving to play in this.

Like the goaltending for a change. I'd like to see a Yogan/MSC/Kristo line as well.
