I'd at least prefer that to trading away any of the lineup fixtures.I feel like Lagesson is getting waived.

I actually liked the Edmundson who played against us vs the Habs. But I haven't really watched him since so need to see him in person. I am shocked he is only 30.
One day I am going to write a list of all the crap the Leafs have traded picks for who played for us for 2 months and did almost nothing to help. Almost none of them re-signed and contributed in any meaningful way. Let alone all the draft capital they have given up for retention or even worse getting rid of cap (Marleau / Mrazek)....
It's been discussed by the media quite a bit. It's kind of funny. Parayko would be interesting... But some rando on Twitter is literally the only source of these rumours. No one else is talking about it.
Yet we have a 7 page thread dedicated to it lol.

He very much was on every trade bait list over the last 6 or so months, if not longer than that.
Whatever.
I'd prefer to know how many ignored penalties there are in the post-season when everyone (sorry most everyone) ramps up their physical game?
Non-calls are just as pertinent, and we know by evidence, there is bias in the officials in the regular season when game have less meaning.
Exactly, a comparison of penalties called is meaningless without the context of comparing penalties committed- which is next to impossibleWhatever.

When was the last time they found a diamond in the rough (even on waivers)?
times has change indeed
The very reasons we value him - combination of age, contract status, ability today, upside- also makes him a potentially valuable piece to a seller. Same with Liljegren. Don't want to see either gone, but the "gotta give to get" adage could apply, and if a dman goes it would make room for EdmundsonI hope not - pretty sure Benoit is better than Edmundson today, not to mention will be cheaper to re-sign and has essentially his whole career ahead of him.
