While true i dont think that is reason enougg to keep them there. There are canadian cities crying out for a team and yet the league will do anything to keep this piece of shit organization afloat. They make the NHL look like a Mackey mouse league

Max Domi and Andreas Athanasiou would be okay depth pickups if they don't swing big.

Toffoli would be helpful on a team with a lot of depth and he can hide and lurk and pop once in a while.

Guess cap circumvention is a one-way street.

And I imagine they won't investigate the Bruins? They shouldn't, but how is it any different to stash Hall for the playoffs and using his money to get Bertuzzi vs. Trading for a guy who has the same recovery timeline but just is not on your roster and will be stashed until the playoffs all the same.

If they don't like people doing things like this, change the rules.
