When the Leafs added a 3rd stringer years ago from Calgary (the name escapes me) they had a taxi squad and it made sense since their goaltending was not as good as it is now.

Swap out Gavrikov and put in Jenner and that’s a grand slam perfect trade deadline for Dubas. It would legitimately fill in every single hole on this team. Jenner/O’Reilly/Acciari/Lafferty all smash mouth tough players mix in the super star talent of Matthews and Marner, Nylander. With Sammy and Korpisalo in net… LFG!!!

Unless Bertuzzi is a duel citizen, he won’t be getting traded to a Canadian team. He would loose his work visa therefore wouldn’t be allowed to cross back into the States without being vaccinated…

There's been some smoke out there about Florida selling (Gudas, Bennett). I'd give up Knies and a 1st for Verhaeghe. He has become such an awesome player and he makes just over 4M this year and the next 2.
