For sure. Has to be 2024 or later at this point thoughwould give a 2x 2nds + D prospect (ie Thomson) for Fabbro

Well let's see how elite their goaltending is before getting too excited.Dubas is elite. Added a ton of hardness [McCabe, Lafferty, Schenn, Acciari, O'Reilly], dumped the softness [Engvall, Sandin] and recouped some draft capital in the process.
Because that's the only place Kane wanted to go. He's arguably the best player in their franchise's history, they probably gave the player what he wanted.
No body without a Sens tat on their ass and beauty rose colored Sens glasseswould anyone here rather have Dorion over Dubas?
serious question
They still need someone to play second fiddle to Samsonov, or ideally, improve on him.Well let's see how elite their goaltending is before getting too excited.

Maximum pain sounds good to me.If we're really lucky it'll be in OT in game 7.
Maximum pain.
No, like a fine wine it just gets better with age!Does the Toronto hate not wear off a bit? It's been almost 20 years since that rivaly was relevant.
Think they might be going with Korpisalo.Imagine they find a way to get john gibson, that would be huge
Why do you keep saying this lol .
Kane would only waive to the NYR.Seriously, we're going right back to how things used to be before the cap was implemented. Like, how the f*** do the Rangers get Kane for basically nothing?
They just need Murray as backup for the playoffsThey still need someone to play second fiddle to Samsonov, or ideally, improve on him.
Surely, they aren't stupid enough to bank on Murray being available.
Korpisalo scratched
Could see him coming to Ottawa as Talbot's replacement
Well I mean both teams agreed to the trade. Unless you want the players to not have agency, they have the right to choose where they want to go which is fair.I know how and why it happened, but that still gives a very big advantage to "choice" destinations like NYC who get to add great talent for much, much less than teams like Ottawa or Winnipeg would have to give up. Isn't it enough that UFAs always seem to end up in the same spots that we now have unfair trades like these too?
Leafs are going bonkers. Dubas is pulling out all the stops most likely because if they don't make it past the 1st round, he knows he's getting the axe.Luke Schenn too. Some additions being made.

Murray can't even be a backup. He's a gauranteed to be injured bum. They just need Murray as backup for the playoffs
They have Woll as their up and coming and a good 3 who can move up
Teams that are at very different stages of the cycle.Dubas going off
making some solid deals to make the defense hard to play against
If we win tonight lets see what Dorion does
