Hall could have been a solid cheap replacement for Cat. We were probably on his no-trade list though.
Red Wing fan here. Instead of the 9th or 17th this year. Would Boston's 1st that Detroit got in the Bertuzzi trade maybe work instead?
He might waive to come here now that he’s a Blackhawk lol.Hall could have been a solid cheap replacement for Cat. We were probably on his no-trade list though.
I wonder what it would take to get Hall.
His trade protection list would have been made before this past season started, where the Hawks finished right next to the SensTaylor Hall would have been perfect for our second line LW spot.
Maybe Boston didn’t wanna keep him in the division and help a surging ottawa team?
Taylor hall used his trade protection to avoid coming to ottawa and play on the loser that is Chicago ?
If dorion didn’t even explore this option that would have been disappointing
Chicago likely keeps him to play with Bedard
I’d much rather Hall at 2 x 6M than Debrincat at 8 x 8M+.6 million can be much better spent than on Taylor Hall. He has tunnel vision. He doesn't make those around him better.
That's usually when it happens.Man where are the rumors? Everything is so quiet.
Not me. Debrincat is a much better player. But I'd rather bring in someone other than Hall unless Chicago eats a ton of that money.I’d much rather Hall at 2 x 6M than Debrincat at 8 x 8M+.
It’s not even that, Hall wouldn’t waive to come to Ottawa if that was an option.Hall is not good anymore.
The only guy that is more skilled is Stu, and we all know changing environments has significant impacts on play quality. He would be twice the player for us next year.Barbashev is going to be closer to 7 than 3.5 I think.
It’s not arguable at all, he’s not even close.
