Gaborik and Vanek have $7M+ cap hits, so that's working against them.

We should be in as a middle man on a deal with one of them, get a 3rd and we retain 50% of salary.

A signed Callahan isn't a rental. Dreger reports at least one team has spoken to Bartlett. LeBrun reported Columbus is one of teams with interest. Those two guys are probably sitting next to each other at TSN tweeting this stuff.
