If you're having fun you're doing it wrong.
Sure, because being full of **** is "fun"
If you're having fun you're doing it wrong.
Nash isn't getting dealt, we've got some posters who like to spew nonsense to watch the reactions.
Sure, because being full of **** is "fun"
but GMs do absolutely cross each other like that. Remember the Lindros fiasco?
That's how you see it.
As far as some of us are concerned, trying to crack the code, even if it is all ********, has been fun.
I'm sorry it is really stressful and making you upset though.![]()
Yeah maybe don't speak for me, ok? I didn't post the rumors. Just putting pieces together. High and mighty...
Funny though, boomer said some fans wouldn't like the deal.
Discussing rumors and "cracking the code" is not what Im talking about.
Im talking about the posters (and theres only a couple) that present themselves as one of the main sources of the rumor. "I broke this a while ago..." Its self serving for virtually no reason and, quite frankly, pathetic.

Let's say for the sake of argument that this Callahan for MSL goes down, what do you think the odds are that we might be able to pry Andrew Ladd from the Jets?
High and mighty? Wasn't directed at you, self conscious one.
He did say that, he didn't say the deal would make absolutely no sense though.
Good question. I read a big article on Ladd yesterday. The thing that surprised me a bit was him saying how he really prefers to concentrate on defense, and how it makes his offense better.
Man, that'd make this one dynamic group of forwards.
I thought Ladd was maybe their top forward target before BoomerMania LOL.
So, the odds they CAN pry him? Quite good I'd say, especially if futures are what WPG wants (in part). We've got a lot more chips than some realize. What Id wonder is how much turnover do they want these last 20 games?; is there the stomach for it?
But boy that'd make things interesting...
You quoted a post directed to me. If you weren't talking to me, your intended target is still in the dark.
How does it "make absolutely no sense?". If they feel Nash is not living up to his contract, they move him for less money and less term and get a bigger point producer. Maybe he fits the system better. TB could view Nash as the bigger asset being that he is signed longer and they don't attract too many FAs as it is. Plus, marty asked for a trade. Boomer indicated TB was adding to the deal, making cally highly unlikely.
Now maybe it isn't a great move, maybe it isn't the rumor. But "makes absolutely no sense" is kind of strong. Off base?
It must be a deadline time. Condescending is in the forecast.
