Why does it sound like MSL, and why would that be oh crap?Ah crap, it sounds a lot like MSL.

I don't really care if MSL is too old, this guy is the reigning Art Ross trophy winner. It would be stupid to turn him down for a rental 3rd line grinder.
That would be swell. Or even Gallagher as Nils pointed out earlier.
I doubt it's Montreal though. A couple of Pens fans made some interesting points about Callahan being coveted in Pittsburgh to play with Crosby. Someone who can get into the dirty areas. Consider who coached the US team. Could be interesting.
Who's Boston going to send back, and why do they need Callahan?
Philly makes complete sense, other than the fact that they're Philly.
I don't understand?
Nobody understands Philly. They do the most random **** ever. Makes perfect sense.
One for one + from the East + for Callahan?
The most likely IMHO:
Boston: Marchand
Sens: Spezza (or does Sather finally get Chris Neil?)

Any new tweets?
But who would the Pens send back? Kunitz? Idk
Not out of the realm of possibilities.
But for who?
Kunitz? (meh)
Neal? Doubt it.
That's not what I mean. How often do teams ship their captain off to one of their most hated rivals? Other than that it makes perfect sense, and as Boomer said it would be a shocker, I won't count Philly out. But that would be very bizarre.
Good questions. I wouldn't think Kunitz as he plays really well with Crosby. Boomer said upgrade on the 1st line which pretty much rules out any prospects.

Kunitz fits a lot of his descriptions.
How, why does Boomer have this info and Brooks is quiet?
He also said not Pittsburgh
Kunitz fits a lot of his descriptions.
Neil isn't good enough and anyway didn't he reject a trade to us once before?
No, neil took less money to re-sign with Ottawa when Sather tried to sign him. You say not enough value - and I'm not saying I want him for Callahan - but Cally is a rental and neil's signed for 2 more years i think.
From what I understand, he knows a guy (not in the business) who heard it from pretty much one of the GMs.
The way I took it was he heard it from a source who isn't in the business of breaking news or sharing rumors. He rated his source as a 9 on a scale of 1-10 on how high up/trustworthy they are. Since he's broken news on the Rangers in the past with moves they've made, I'm gonna take it as it's someone that's really high up in the Rangers organization.
