RHP is not a part of our future that has been evident for 2 seasons now IMO.RHP is no savoir a 4th line player at best tons of these kind of guys around
I fear you will need a pretty thick prayer rug if your counting on Mailloux to be your answer.Hagens/Misa/Pray for Beck
Pray for Reinbacher/Mailloux or get that in LD Schaefer
Fowler
Well he was making 1.7, so I'm sure he will want a nice raise. I would be willing to offer him 3 x 3So what's the plan with Evans?
What's the most you'd be willing to give him, and do you risk hanging on to him this trade deadline only to have him walk in the summer?
Say Evans starts negotiations at 4m x 4 years, do you walk?
If I'm Evans' agent I advise him to not sign this before testing the UFA market.Well he was making 1.7, so I'm sure he will want a nice raise. I would be willing to offer him 3 x 3
For sure, I'd tell him the same thing.. But then again, he still remains a bottom 6 line player, not everyone has cap room to offer him over 3+ million a year for 3+ seasons... Those are the types of deals that end up on waivers after 2 years or regretting right after.. I like Evans, but I wouldn't give him more but that's me and my cheap ass managing ...If I'm Evans' agent I advise him to not sign this before testing the UFA market.
Buffalo is legitimately where guy's career goes to die. I don't know what it is but I legit feel bad anytime someone gets drafted there, especially if they have promise. So Buffalo's plan for improvement is to send another young player out? Because that worked wonders for Eichel, Reinhart & ROR - all of whom won Cups.
Lack of patience.Buffalo is legitimately where guy's career goes to die. I don't know what it is but I legit feel bad anytime someone gets drafted there, especially if they have promise.
There's a few exceptions obviously but wow.
He's an AHLer, not sure he's better than Barron. They should claim Regula from Boston, 6”4 RHD
He’s only 24 and is actually good defensively compared to what we have, could be a Kovacevic style claimHe's an AHLer, not sure he's better than Barron.
He's back from an injury, I don't think anyone puts in a claim. He’s only 24 and is actually good defensively compared to what we have, could be a Kovacevic style claim
He was the Bruins best defender in the AHLlast season
Best bet would be to let him clear and then acquired him, but there's no room in the AHL right now. He's back from an injury, I don't think anyone puts in a claim.
It would be an interesting claim if they put it though. Yes another Kova would hit the spot for sure.

That's why I'm offering over 3 mill for Olivier. With the Cap rising the way it is, 3 million a year will soon be good 4th liner money.
They could have claim Dante Fabbro. This year ''kovacevic'' style of claim. NHL caliber RHD defensemen (26 years old). 6pts in 13GP with Columbus. They won't claim Regula. He’s only 24 and is actually good defensively compared to what we have, could be a Kovacevic style claim

Nazar would be our best prospect in Laval. Quite a bit ahead of Beck.A transaction that quietly turns sour with Kirby Dach
Meanwhile, Chicago's 13th overall pick, Frank Nazar , is off to an impressive start to his AHL career. At just 20 years old, he's already racked up 24 points, including 11 goals, in 20 games. Not only is Nazar showing meteoric rise, but he could be knocking on the NHL door as early as next season.

I wou;ln't pay any attention to what the Sabres think . Doubt they have much of a clue about value. HuGo will base it on their own evaluation. And take into consideration that he has never had a good coach in the NHL.If the Sabres aren't sold on Cozens as the 2C why should we be? They traded away Mittlestadt because they thought Cozens would do the job fine but he hasn't.
For 2 years, yes.So what's the plan with Evans?
