NJ refused to trade Holtz for Meier or a goalie apparently (Markstrom I think) and that is despite NJ coaches and management not liking what he brings on the ice.

They sure aren't trading him for Allen + Anderson.

Not to far from what i predicted. Predicted 2nd round and cond 3rd. It's 3rd round and cond 4th. Less than i predicted but not too far.

I think KH did well with Monahan. Lot of good players remaining to trade. There's a limited amount of 1st round picks and prospects of equivalent value available.

He has a full NTC so he probably told Ottawa Florida or don't trade me, so the return would be way lower if he didn't have a NTC

Trade and Movement protections almost always drive down returns. Tarasenko has a full NTC. This is not even remotely surprising return if he directed where he wants to go.
