Harris brings less than the other two overall, its a no contest.Harris is the odd man out for me.
Me too although I suspect that the return for him would be average — which is fine since it would really be about making room for the others.Harris is the odd man out for me.
They beat trash in those 2 games. Probably get blown out by a decent team. If they aren't blown out by Vegas it might be a turning point.Imagine they happy tonight. Oilers seemed to turned it around last two games.
Oilers at 6-pts out of a playoff spot w McDavid now kicking into gear…. Holland has no need to make a deal from his zero leverage position, he can & will simply wait till the new year kicks in and the deadline approachesto EDM: Montembaul + Jake Allen (50%) retained + David Savard
to MTL: The keys to Edmonton's car, their wallet, all the cash they have in the till, their firstborn son, and a helicopter waiting at Trudeau airport to take us to Russia!
You have to know there would be an immediate and evident drop in production going from that offensive powerhouse to our club. Chances are Bouchard wouldn't produce much more than what we already have in place. He gets a ton of room on Edmonton he wouldn't get here particularly on the PP.He has more points than anyone on our team
He would be our most important RHD by far, he is what Barron and Mailloux turn into as a best case scenario
Reinbacher has struggled this year and still looks 2 years away, Hutson is probably 2 years away as well. Those are the 2 we are relying on to carry the load offensively from the backend, and they aren't very close.
Bouchard would be a much better option on PP1 than Matheson, and I think the Oilers are willing to move him because they need to commit to team defense.
If you can make that deal and then swing Matheson + for Mercer we are in business
Who to believe?
Pierre LeBrun claiming that the Oil have not discussed any of the Habs’ goalies with the Habs.
How about New Jersey they are currently pacing CBJ in the GA category that can't be good.Looks like Ottawa could use a goaltender. Carolina too.
Agreed.Of course I would but theres no way Bruins would
Kakko just went down in the Rangers game. If he's out long term, would they be looking at Monahan? We have that NYR connection in the front office and MSL so I'm curious if the Rangers could be the trade partner. They're win now for sure
Ottawa and Jersey both underachieving. But bad time to trade for goalie. Prices are high.Looks like Ottawa could use a goaltender. Carolina too.
One's an old, slow, but very useful centre and the other is a struggling winger on the cusp of being a bust. So, maybe.
hes not wrong about Allen's value tho Jake aint worth muchStephane Waite is about as reliable as Dans Les Coulisses or Eklund. No offense, as you’re just repeating what you heard him say, but Waite reminds me of the old guy at the bar who can’t stop reliving his glory days… and will do (or say) anything he can to rekindle any of that former notoriety.

It would be perfect if he wasn't one of the worst players in the league this season and was just average AndersonAnderson

One can dream, can't he

Money needs to be on a load management plan and he absolutely needs to be traded if at all possible.I didn't want to trade moneyhands but I didn't think we would be this bad either. May as well trade him and attempt for Celebrini.
Monahan slowing down after 15 games concerns me about extending him. His conditioning will surely come back but if he just gets these small injuries every year he's going to be pretty ineffective in a few years.
There's so many options better than Allen in my book. I'd try an AHL goalie who never got a shot before him.and another day passed with 3 goalies... no one wants one of your 3 dudes.
I don't think Hughes is even shopping any of them.and another day passed with 3 goalies... no one wants one of your 3 dudes.
He's playing too much for sure. He's playing 18 minutes a game and imo he should not be playing more than 16.Money needs to be on a load management plan and he absolutely needs to be traded if at all possible.
I'm almost 100% sure he is trying to trade Allen. People overrate Allen A LOT. He's an average number 2 paid almost 4 millions a year. No winning teams got the cap space for that and losing team don't care. Allen's contract is probably the firtst mistake by KH.I don't think Hughes is even shopping any of them.
Yes, gotta move him ASAP imo.I didn't want to trade moneyhands but I didn't think we would be this bad either. May as well trade him and attempt for Celebrini.
