They wouldn't trade Anderson straight up for Dubois
Sure they would. I don't think they'd trade him ++ though. And Anderson probably has Winnipeg on his NTC list.

Ok yes but how's that going for the flames right now. They'd still hold his RFA rights next summer though
Beat writer saying he’s eminently tradeable.
You really just wrote that lol. They wouldn't trade Anderson straight up for Dubois
Get just one I be happy. If Price goes on LTIR, We should have 30 million in caproom next offseason. Drouin and Dadanov next season be their last year in Montreal. That's 11 million. Bryon and Allen last year here also I imagine. Another 6 million, makes 17 million. Dvorak quite sure be gone by deadline. Anderson 59/50 chance traded by then. Makes 27 million. Realistic Price be on LTIR. Makes 37 million. Subtract raise to Caufield and 4 entry level players.More reason to not trade for Dubois. We'll need all the money in the World to sign all these guys.

Gallagher and value don't mix. Sadly, 2022 Gallagher is a negative asset and you'd have to add considerably to get a 7th in returnGallagher’s “value” might somehow be even lower than I had first thought after seeing that Bjorkstrand trade. Jeeeeeez
I think he knows what he’s doing and understands it’ll be easier for Montreal to trade for him knowing they can afford $6mCan't sign an extension before January, so whoever trades for him now knows they have one year at $6M and one year at X?

Here’s where we stand, according to our good friend Maxim:
Hughes’ last conversation with Chevy was one week ago. He’s refusing to cough up three pieces. He’s only offering two and is letting his offer marinate.
Take it with the usual grain of salt.
One way or the other there is no tank...people need to get that out of their heads...I think we should trade for Dubois next off-season. Enjoy the benefits of the tank and get a high pick after which our top 6 would be solidified for a decade plus.

The chances to get a C as our #1 pick next year is not that great. Anyway. Dubois prefers to play at C. I am looking forward to see IF Dach is better than a 3rd line C or even worst.I think we should trade for Dubois next off-season. How? There’s like 7 C in the top 10.The chances to get a C as our #1 pick next year is not that great. Anyway. Dubois prefers to play at C. I am looking forward to see IF Dach is better than a 3rd line C or even worst.
I think he's had some legit stuff but he's obviously not a top source. That's what the grain of salt was for.Such a legit insider too… 100% this is bs
Official:
I think Dubois will be kicked down the road for a year, which fits our timeline better since we will have more cap flexibility and we want to go for Bedard.

They won't, easier to trade him now. He doesn't want to be there.Good maybe these rumors can go away
