Yes…. Assuming we want to expose him to waivers and potentially lose him…. His salary and that of most of our lower priced guys is below the threshold of minor league level not subject to being on the cap…. Stepan, Noesen, deHaan, Chatfield, and others all in same situation…. Not that we as an org would ever do that to some of our veteran guys who took min deals to latch on with us….

Sure, but the context was that we'd need to send his contract back as part of a deal to free up cap space to make the deal, so in that scenario, we wouldn't care about losing him. Probably doesn't matter either way, since his contract is up after this year so a team taking him back wouldn't be taking on much salary if they didn't want to keep him.

So much in the rumor mill about Lindholm/Tuffoli, etc ... but what are we rumored to be sending back?

Hopefully your GM goes all in on Chych. I know it will sting but the guys a difference maker and imo just starting to climb towards his true ceiling. Injury concerns are real but the guys a beast and would be amazing in your lineup.

I guess Eller to Colorado fills their Center slot. Only Minnesota and Carolina still in on Hayes?

With all this movement there may be 2-3 teams who decide to sell in the next couple days and they will have Carolina alone as buyers.

leBrun saying we have interest in adding Domi again…. One assumes that would be a 259pm kind of thing if absolutely everything else falls through and we have roster spots and haven’t spent all the LTIR money by that point…… that should be last ditch thing not a, b, c, d, or x or y option…

So well in advance of the deadline compared to last year?

A years supply of free Bojangles

Whoa, hold on now....a years supply of what from Bojangles? And for how many? They only have so much of the tenders to go around; we aren't that desperate to send too many of those north.
