I could be wrong but I think all their flights home are prebooked for end of tournament so I don't think Team Canada players are home yet.

Poitras is already back in Boston as of yesterday.
I think it's up to individual teams how much rest they want to give the player once they return.

Typical Soo Fan. What does it matter when I joined? Maybe I rejoined under a new name for different reasons or maybe I just felt like posting for the first time. Maybe I don't post because of people like you who think they know everything and if someone doesn't agree with you then start calling them out. Isn't everyone on here trolling to some extent? No different than you posting your wishes, opinions or scenerios since 2014 which aren't based on any facts and never turn into anything. So because you say I joined a couple of months ago I am trolling? For what reason? I think you are just upset because I said the SOO wasn't getting Beck. Lets be clear, all I said is it wasn't the SOO and who it is isn't a suprise which means it is a team that has already been thrown out there (by other trollers). I also don't know who is included in the deal with Peterborough. I know Peterborough has agreed to a deal. I know some parts of it and maybe it's Beck/Mayer or maybe it's just one of them. Maybe its a three team trade. Even if I told you the exact deal you are still going to call me a liar and troll. Maybe in the end my information is wrong but who cares, does it impact your life. No, so get over yourself. All you have to do is look at the lineups starting tonight and tomorrow and the average person can figure things out. If you can't let me know and I will help you. Based on a lifetime of watching and analyzing trades one player isn't going to ensure a championship because you still have to play the game so at the end of the day if it is the SOO or Saginaw does it really matter right now. I get there isn't much else to do in the SOO and feel sorry for you that you have spent 10 years in a chat room expecting to get real inside information or that your opinion matters. You want to know who is getting Beck? Wait until the team announces it.

Wreckless, catastrophic are terms better used to describe 6-2nds, 3rd, 2-4ths without condition for Tommasino. Zero playoff games and didn’t even get fries with that.

That’s a ridiculous argument.

Should the Generals have been able to foresee months in advance that the Covid fiasco would wipe out the 2020 playoffs as well as the entire 2021 regular season and playoffs?

Oshawa was also loading up to cash in on hosting the 2021 Memorial Cup which was a major impetus for the Tommasino deal.

I’m ok with dealing a plethora of draft picks for a young stud player - - especially if said player has more than one year of eligibility remaining. Which Tommasino had.

Look at what the Hunter brothers did getting Sam Dickinson - - here’s a bag of middling draft picks for a top young player.

How have all those draft picks worked out for Niagara, anyway?
