I honestly have no idea how anyone would expect a larger addition than Gavin McKenna tomorrow. I get that we’ve had him for a couple weeks kind of now, but Jesus.

It’s like people have bought into the silly idea that he’s not a fantastic addition.

If Robertson is rejecting $15M with Seattle, and another big extension with St. Louis, it's because his heart is set on staying in Dallas - my guess is that they will come back to the table and hammer out a deal; both sides want to get this done, and that desire can often help bridge these sorts of gaps.

They are gonna need to move out serious cap space to make that work, even if he takes a sweetheart deal. Nothing suggests he's taking a discount though. He's rejecting those teams because he doesn't want to play for bad teams, a common theme among stars right now.
