Yeah for a team who look to win in REGULAR SEASON, hes fantastic... but a cheater in playoff most of the time, its a hancicap...

thats actually a dumb point considering the dude was our best player in the second last playoffs and one of our better performers the last. But yes you go on about gibson.

Dubas' fans always bring other teams into it for some reason. The Dubas haterz just want to concentrate on the Leafs. I think that's a big difference between the two groups.

It's like if we had our car stolen. One group says, yeah but other cars were stolen that night in North America too. And the other group is like, I don't care, my f***ing car was stolen.

Why are we constantly looking for other teams in worse situations than ourselves? Why don't we concentrate on being the best?

Perhaps because there are some on the extreme and believe everything the Leafs do is the worst possible.

Again, it has been discussed there are extremes.

Everything Dubas does is wrong.
Everything Dubas does is right.

1. Losing to the Lightning sucks but they are a great team and again went through everything in the east, so it isn't the end of the world.

2. Losing to the Lightning is completely unacceptable we must trade all the players I don't like.

3. Losing to the lightning is just bad luck because our xStats and the refs completely ripped "us" off.

Like we're talking about a dude who has 19 in his last 19 which is sizeable sample considering its his last three playoff runs and complaining.

I don't get it. Make it make sense. The worst is he is held to the same standard as M&M and JT which is ridiculous given that he makes 4M less. Yet he still produces the same as our 11M players when it counts (in the playoffs).

Best performer? Nylander was completly invisible first 4 game apart 1 period he scored 2 goal when leafs trailing by 4

Game 5 was a better game, we see him a little bit more

Game 6 was his best game

Game 7 we dont see him of the game...

5 of 7 game he was trash and probably the worst player on the ice, get 5 points in 2 game he was great yes...but NO, never a player who play well 2 game on a 7 game series can be consider as one of best player...thats problem with nylander if he unable to create scoring chance... he become awful...

Last season i give it to you, first 4 game he was good... last 3, when game became tight, what he really did ?

Doesn't Blackwood train with Elkin during the off season and he works for the Marlies as a goaltending coach and recently got promoted? Would make a lot of sense why we'd target him if that is the case.

I like Campbell... had some decent seasons but if he wants 5 plus... see ya. Seems fitting if he goes... "nice guy, tries hard, loves the game".

The biggest thing if they do this type of move is we should get a pick back with blackwood. Campbell has been the better goalie of late.

We need a proven backup with him though. They'll have to peddle off Mrázek.

I think if you see a Mrázek move soon it could be a Campbell move right after. One way or another in terms of a trade or signing him up.

I'm always skeptical about trades for UFA rights like the Campbell/Blackwood suggestion. I don't know why the Devils would really value Campbells that much.

Had the same number of shots on net as Matthews.
Didn't score, like Matthews.
But he wasn't out watching the winner like marner was.

Ideal 4th line player but is very injury-prone.

Leafs did not shelter Engvall at all. He's part of the Kampf line.

They werent sheltering but he was bouncing around the 3rd and 4th line so didn't face the same competition as someone on the 1st or 2nd line

I want Kerfoot out and replaced with Marchment

And I circle the wagons for Trochek as 3C if he can be had for somewhat reasonable term

Why? Marchment is big but can't skate and rode a 20 game bender playing a top 6 role to what is sure to be a ridiculous contract this summer.

I think Kerfoot does get moved but we have internal options that would be better than investing in Marchment.

That's fair but they also faced 4th lines quite a bit and 3rd lines often. Wouldn't say it wasn't typical bottom 6 usage
