We have been a laughing stock for nearly 20 years not winning a round, and especially since the "rebirth" after the Matthews draft and the young talented core.

I missed the Ron Wilson era, was living in Europe at the time and moved back to TO about a month after he was fired.

The powerplay has to produce. That will decide this series. We know game management will allow Tampa to get away with being dirty. They also need to survive some desperate calls at critical times.

Last year, we annihilated them in game 1.

Here's hoping to a similar effort tonight but a different series outcome.

Hopefully the boys can outplay the whistles or the whistle McCauley shoves up his ass anytime the opposition commits an infraction. Not gonna lie, seeing his name has killed a lot of the hype going into game 1 for me, he loves to make the games about himself rather than the players.

I'll handily take that label of "whining about officiating" to call this guy out on his BS. Guaranteed there's gonna be some bullshit, just like there was in Edmonton with that other joker Furlatt.

Another good one the league/ref apologists will just ignore completely. Their stance literally invovles no actual arguing of the point at hand - just personal stuff, mostly calling the other side whiners.

Everybody going to the game, cheer as loud as you can and when the refs screw us over with bad calls, let them know and keep letting them know all night. Enough is enough with this shit reffing we always get
