Yes the Leafs fanbase might be the most hated because some of your fans come across as arrogant and obnoxious. As for biggest, the Canadiens fanbase might think otherwise. Other fanbases think the Leafs have a talented, offensive team but now they have to go on the ice and prove that they can win the big one. If the Leafs happen to win the cup in the next 5 years then you can brag, boast and celebrate the win, but until then maybe try a little humility. Besides if the Leafs do win the cup one year, I'll be happy for the Leafs fans who cheered for them during the Ballad years in the 70's and early 80's.

I practice humility on a regular basis but every now and then, I look at some posts by fans of other teams who have nothing better to do with their time then to talk trash about the Leafs and I can't help but have a good laugh.

That is rarely true. In a lot of the threads. The leafs are brought up by well known Leafs trolls.

You're almost certainly overstating this considering you use the phrase "every thread". I rarely even look at threads not about the Leafs and I doubt that anyone looks at "every thread".

I do look at most threads that are about the Leafs and I can tell you that every time, there are many fans from other teams in there talking trash about the Leafs. It's pretty sad stuff but I don't expect it to change anytime soon.

That promise always seemed like a rookie mistake to me. He very realistically might have to break it as early as next year, and I don't know how that plays with the rest of the team. I think it's better to be cold, calculated, and distant. Showing loyalty when necessary isn't terrible, but not to a guy who's put in two years.

It was meant for the other thread 6 players at 52M. Can't move it now. But if someone wants to, I would not be adversed to this. Still Marner's contract does play into this. So it is still related.

I posted in a couple Bruins threads, the consensus seemed to be I had no right to be there. But when I post in Leafs threads, it’s like the entire league is in there telling us how many mistakes the team has made, how bad our players are and how dumb we are as fans.
