ha, just made some pizza with homemade dough... and for some reason your pictures are not showing up

Oh really? That's annoying as they are displaying fine for me. I'll add them as attachments.

ya, that works.....

i've been wanting to build one but that looks nice.....how much was it?

That one in particular I got on black Friday for 600$. It think it's 799$ normally. But there are much cheaper options out there that are also good. This one just checked all the boxes for me.

Those actually look really good for homemade pizzas.

That was my first attempt too. I have some dialing in to do. But you can't beat pizza cooked at 800 plus degrees in a wood fired oven.

That is a serious looking smokestack on that thing. Very cool.

We've been on a pizza kick lately, even more than normal. In addition to Margheritas, we've made spicy Buffalo tofu pizza, breaded eggplant and roasted red pepper pizza, and a copycat of Sally's Apizza potato rosemary special.

I’ll be thr insufferable dad showing baby pictures to people who don’t know him…

My middle son graduated from college today with honors and has a B.S. in computer science with a minor in mathematics. Graduated a semester early. Really proud of him. Two down one to go.
Great news!

This pizza oven is 100% worth it. 90 seconds for a wood fired pizza. Thin crust. Chewy middle and super crispy with a light char on the outer crust.
90 seconds? That's crazy.

Looks like the Pepperoni is invading on the Mushrooms turf.

Anyone have a good recommendation for a place to get a tailor made suit around Northern NJ? Getting married in Morristown in July and I figure that's good enough reason to finally replace my 10+ year old suits I got coming out of college.

Congrats!!! I can’t recommend a specific place but I can suggest letting folks know if it’s black tie or suit or beach wedding to have an idea where to steer you. In general my suggestions are something from an American label if you are a bigger guy and something from a European label of you are on the slender side. Whatever you get you want it to be at least half canvas construction on the jacket and preferably full canvas. Get something that is only partially lined for anything in July.

I’d go with a conservative classic style since your kids willl see those pictures in 20 years. You don’t what them to ask why you went with powder blue tux and a shirt wjth ruffles .
