As a Canadian can someone from New Jersey please explain what RWJ Barnabus health does/is? Is it the best Hospital in the world or something? After a decade of hearing every powerplay and goal being brought to you by RWJ Barnabus I am getting curious.

It was a merger between Robert Wood Johnson University Medical and St. Barnabas to create a network to advance medical education and research.

This wiki explains it.

I've recently taken up "microfishing", which is essentially fishing with incredibly tiny gear for small fish species that are generally completely ignored by fisherman. As you catch different species, you check them off on your lifetime list. Some folks have caught 1000+ species. I was able to check several species off the list today:

I think the kids call it Pokémon Go

That's it. I'm done.

I remember the first time I heard of those things...I was at my first real job and a friend of mine said "I am in the mood for a chocolate taco" I thought he was making a joke...I never heard of them before.

Then when he explained what they were I thought he was pulling my leg. I remember saying there is no such thing as an ice cream taco. Then he took me to Taco Bell. I had 2. And we went like 6 other times that summer and laughed about chocolate tacos every time we went.

It's still an old joke between us.

Maybe it's all a farce and they are just doing it to build up some free marketing and then "back due to popular demand" Really a smart move honestly cause you'll have everyone who never had one trying one now to see what it's all about lol

I use something called uBlock Origin as well NoScript Suite (I use firefox).

As a cybersecurity professional, I applaud this and encourage everyone on a computer of some sort (Or if your mobile phone allows it) to use a good adblocker, at least. I love uBlock Origin so much.

It is unfortunate because a lot of good sites rely on ad revenue to survive but there's so many downsides on other sites:

1. Sometimes the ad layout makes using that website an awful experience; more of an annoyance than a true security risk, but still.
2. Many ad networks are unscrupulous when it comes to tracking and data collection.
3. Some ads are just straight-up hijackers or scams.

I'd also like to add Privacy Badger to the list of good browser extensions: Privacy Badger

"Privacy Badger is a browser extension that stops advertisers and other third-party trackers from secretly tracking where you go and what pages you look at on the web. If an advertiser seems to be tracking you across multiple websites without your permission, Privacy Badger automatically blocks that advertiser from loading any more content in your browser. To the advertiser, it’s like you suddenly disappeared."

I don’t know much about photography, but this is a cool pic. Just a blue jay (I think?) pondering life.
Yup a Blue Jay! For me the Blue Jay represents my grandmother and the cardinal my grandfather. I have a tattoo of a cardinal and blue jay sitting next to each other on a branch.

This was the cardinal I got in Lake George a few weeks ago
