Wish me luck friends, tonight I'm making 80 tamales with my mother-in-law. Pics will follow. It'll be a great recipe to have in the repertoire.

That sounds awesome. I love making homemade Mexican food, but I've never been brave enough to try and tackle tamales.

Closest I've gotten to authentic is mole poblano enchiladas made from scratch.

My best friend's mom is from Mexico and makes the world's greatest tamales. Every time he visits her in Texas she makes him bring me a dozen. I love it.

Maybe I should make my mole next week. Tomatillos are back in season, after all.

Tonight to satisfy my Mexican craving I made green rice burrito bowls.
Wow...you make mole?

A Mexican chef told me to take Doña Maria jared mole, add Mexican and chocolate and that makes a reasonably decent mole.

Yes, I don't think my recipe is totally authentic, but I do make a pretty good mole poblano from scratch. It takes an hour and a half to make and has 25 ingredients.

Definitely a weekend recipe.

I think Let It Bleed is a very underrated album

allmusic rates it a 10.... (and the site is very objective across different types and styles of music)

that era of of stones wasn't necessarily seminal but it was done top f***ing notch.

it a bonafide classic album and respected as such.

who underrates it?

When I’ve read about the top Stones albums I typically see Sticky Fingers and Exile given the most praise andSome Girls has its adherents while Let It Bleed is sometimes thrown in with Beggars Banquet but I think Let It Bleed is much closer to Sticky Fingers as a more sophisticated work than Beggars was.
