good thing we dont kink shame here... hahaaaIf it was that easy, I would have done it years ago.
At this point, the Flyers fan level of masochism might as well be its own kink.
Yeah, absolutely wild concept for fans to be upset that the organization is doing incompetent things. If the content of this article is true, some people around here are going to be disappointed. Not defending Torts or suggesting that he SHOULD be here long term, but if he is here long term the only thing that matters is results. I don't care if the players hate him if they are doing well on the ice. Obviously if all the players hate him it is less likely that they will have success on the ice. That being said, it seems like this article is just one writer's opinion, not really based on anything other than that so I wouldn't put too much stock into this article as a sign of things to come.If the content of this article is true, some people around here are going to be disappointed. As for Hart, his .907 save percentage and 2.94 goals-against average are much better than what he had in previous season.
If @Captain Dave Poulin has taught me anything, it's that Tortorella will be here for at least 5 years specifically to spite me personally. I accept this and bask in his glory.
Ok, well it's not exactly glory. But it does glow.
I think it will be re-evaluated after this season. May or may not be brought back depending on the progress, not necessarily in the standings but with the team itself. If the brass like the way he's handling things, he stays on and we repeat the dance. I don't imagine an in-season move though regardless of when unless something drastic happens.I see no realistic timeline for Torts leaving.
There are no expectations for the team to be good during his contract, so he isn't getting fired for performance. Either he gets a new contract in 3 years or he gets bumped into a much speculated front office role.

Once his current contract is up, he'll move into a senior advisory role for sure. It's pretty obvious they want him tied to this organization for life because cultureIf @Captain Dave Poulin has taught me anything, it's that Tortorella will be here for at least 5 years specifically to spite me personally. We need everythingwe need defense prospects so fkn bad
We've rebuilt depth in the organization, what we need is a top center (unless Michkov makes that transition, that would be huge), and a 1st pair RHD.
Add those two, and everyone else is pushed down to where they are better fits.
It will come I’m sure. We had a good draft and should hopefully only add more picks to this upcoming draft. They should go BPA, but if it’s a draw then go center and D. Hopefully they are looking at way to get 2nds and looking at great Dmen there. Seems to be some of the best draft value in hockey, non 1st round top pair Dmen.we need defense prospects so fkn bad

Frost is next up on the "gone" column...The brass are the most gullible set of idiots in the league. Tortorella will blame players and they'll get the boot.
